Human Resources/Office Manager
Gemma has been with ILK Security since its inception and as well as managing the office, she is also responsible for Human Resources within the company.
Gemma is also responsible for all of the office administration, ensuring all of our client and employee files are kept up to date in accordance with current legislation.
Mark, like Simon has been in the security industry for a number of years, with over 15 years' experience at all levels.
Mark started work with ILK Security in June 2012 and has been a major force in the organic growth of ILK Security. His excellent customer focus has ensured that a number of his old clients are now clients with Mark at ILK Security.
HR & Compliance Manager
Kevin joined ILK Security in 2015. Kevin has vast experience in the security industry from both on site and Management.
Kevin’s current role sees him responsible for all HR aspects of the business and Compliance.
Kevin is also a qualified trainer and runs several tool box talks and in-house training programmes.
Finance & Admin
Laura joined ILK in 2016. Laura is responsible for collating information to raise invoices to our clients and covering the office administration duties.
